ABOUT OUR STAFF

FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Edward Kudaverdian, Ph.D. is the founder and Executive Director of International Hypnosis Institute. Dr. Kudaverdian upon his immigration to the United States pursued his dream of advanced education and as a result earned his Diploma in Hypnotherapy in 1995, and in 1999 earned two Master degrees one in Psychology with emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy and the other Organizational Behavior. In 2002 Dr. Kudaverdian earned his Doctoral degree in clinical psychology.

Dr. Kudaverdian is also the founder of Ark Family Center, Inc. a non-profit organization serving the community with Mental Health and Educational Services, with the commitment to enhance the emotional, physical and educational well being of the community.

As a result of his many years in the educational arena and conducting different types of researches and his own personal participation in transformational seminars, Dr. Kudaverdian created the "Curriculum For Awakening" seminar - now called "Create Freedom and Awareness" (CFA) - to make a difference in the community as a whole. Upon starting the organization in 1999 Dr. Kudaverdian works deligently to continuously create new workshops and Seminars for all segments of the community.

After many years in private practice and teaching his transformational seminars, Dr. Kudaverdian realized the need for quality education in the field of Hypnotherapy. Seeing the benefits hypnosis has had on the clients he has served and the positive life changing results, he created International Hypnosis Institute with the commitment to teach and educate others who are interested in creating change and making a difference in peoples lives.

ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR
Astik Kudaverdian, M.A. has many years of experience in the field of management. In 2000 she earned her B.A. Degree in Business Management and in 2003 a M.A. Degree in Pyschology Marriage and Family Therapy. She has a special certification in Social Skills Classes, and facilitated groups for children. In addition Mrs. Kudaverdian is the Clinical Director of Ark Family Center, Inc.

TRAINING DIRECTOR
Melina Sardar, M.A., graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Sociology in 1998 and earned her M.A. degree in Pyschology Marriage and Family Therapy. Ms. Sardar has over 7 years of experience in leading and coordinating seminars for youth and adults. She recently earned several master certifications in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Eriksonian Hypnosis. She has extensive background in coaching and training and leadership development. She is also a certified PlatformTrainer and Presenter. Ms. Sardar is also the Educational Director for Ark Family Center, Inc.
